The Tradition
Recently reviewed and improved the solid
conception of the Tradition teamed with stainless steel
valves and a thick cast iron door make this evaporator ideal for all producers. Moreover, its float box includes
a decantor to facilitate the elimination of sugar
sand. The Tradition is also available with a blower
& grate option with an insulated door.
